The apartment is located in the north of the capital. The concept of space is a feminine, main element embodying this idea and in the fact that arrangement is addressed to a single person. The entrance is through the centre of the house, which generates a direct opening to the living area. This area is completely translucent and compound of kitchen, dining and living room, which extend outward from the terrace. The very minimalist living room is compound of a sofa Lowland Moroso, signer Patricia Urquiola and completed by a white chair and two tables. White chair was part of the design theme, he being a different element with landing.
The materials and colours complement reciprocal, everything is tinged with earthy colours, there is a warm atmosphere through this choice. The night zone is all minimal style, with a comfortable bed and a sculptured chest of drawers. This area has a bathroom, very generous. The arrangement bathroom is simple and orderly through combinations from accent: wood and stone which covers the floor and walls. The opposite bedroom has a dressing and a small bathroom. The dressing is solved like a showroom with the central zone for accessories and seats, also on perimeter walls have zones open and closed storage which allow easy access.
